Terms of service

These terms are between Gold Standard Web LLC (“we”) and the church that uses YearEndStatements (“you”).
What you get
A tool that reads your Planning Center Giving data and makes giving statements you can preview, download, and email to your donors. Previews are free. Sending and unmarked downloads need a paid plan.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to use your church's Planning Center data this way and to email your donors.
- You review statements before sending. We check our totals against Planning Center's, but you're responsible for the accuracy of your records and of what you send.
- You mark which funds and gifts aren't tax-deductible. We include the standard IRS wording for US churches; we don't give tax or legal advice.
- Statements made with this tool are for US churches. Canadian official donation receipts are not supported yet.
Payment
Plans are billed yearly in advance, priced by the number of donors in your latest statement run. You can cancel anytime; you keep access until the end of the year you paid for. We don't give partial refunds unless the law requires it.
Your data
It stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Disconnect at any time from the Account page and we delete it.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, especially in January, but we don't promise it will never be down. Download your statements once they're ready.
Limits
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We'll email the account owner before material changes take effect.
